Due to the technical nature of our products (3D Digital Files / Parametric Projects), once the download is completed or the link is sent, the product is considered “consumed”. As it is not possible to physically return bits and bytes, we do not offer refunds or returns after the data has been sent.
- Access and I/O Guarantee
Our priority is the integrity of your data pipeline. If you encounter any of the situations below, we guarantee an immediate solution:
Download Failure: If the Hostinger server is unstable and the link does not work.
Corrupted File: If the raw data has a checksum error that prevents it from opening in the software.
Expired Link: If access is interrupted before the download is complete.
